Kale & Cucumber Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 125ml Del Monte Gold® Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 70g kale
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 celery stalk, halved
  • 4 sprigs parsley or mint
  • Honey - to taste
